What you’ll be making
Manhattan
The Martini’s older cousin. That”s right, a Manhattan and a Martini both come from the same foundation. Spirit, Vermouth, and seasoning. There is so much room for variation here, lets find what you like.
Old Fashioned
There are only a few drinks as iconic as the Old Fashioned. It is a simple Bourbon drink, but there can be a lot of minor variation in recipe. You will learn a simple, yet consistently delicious technique.
Blood and Sand
Not many cocktails use Scotch Whisky, but this one is a classic. There are a few different ways to prepare it, but for this we are going to stick to the standard. Smokey orange and sweet cherry are a great combination.
