Martini Class
The word Martini, to many, is synonymous with class and elegance. To others, it is just their go-to nightcap. Regardless of where you stand on that the Martini has a number of variations that are all simple in their preparation, but drastically different in taste. Which one will be your favorite?
What you’ll be making
Gin
Pick your poison. Gin or Vodka? It’s really about preference. While Gin may be my go-to and recommendation, you may prefer otherwise. While substituting one requires adjustments to the ratio, both can make a great martini.
Dirty
This is another where preference dictates what bottle we grab will be. Some considerations should be made though when considering to combine bold flavors of gin verses the more subtle profile of vodka.
Espresso
So it’s not really a martini, but it’s still a delicious after-dinner drink. Not to mention, I’ll take any excuse I have to pour espresso or coffee into something.
